BabyDan Flex XL Safety Gate, White

Wall-mounted

With this wall-mounted BabyDan Flex XL safety gate, you can make it easy to keep your little one at a safe distance from a fireplace or another area in your home that is not child friendly. Add as many sections as you want to extend the gate and fit your needs. That’s why this flexible safety gate is also a great fit for a wide or irregular doorway, staircase or as a room divider. You can use both small and large sections that you buy separately. The wide gate makes it easy to pass through the safety gate and you can open the gate both ways with just one hand.

When used as a hearth gate, always place the gate minimum 75 cm (29.6”) away from the source of heat/fire and minimum 90 cm (35.5”) from open fire.
With Flex XL, it is only possible to fulfil these safety requirements if the fireplace/stove is placed in a corner.
Since every fireplace/wood burning stove reaches different temperatures, the placing is only intended asa guide line. Test your own unit at maximum heat output before placing the gate. If the gate is hot to touch, move gate further from heat source than the recommended minimum distance
Should it not be possible to keep the recommended distances, separate sections are available at your supplier
